Only with consent, and always at a pace that suits them.

Anyone Who Knows the Situation Well
- Family members and close friends
- Social workers and case managers
- Discharge planners and care coordinators
- Physicians and clinic staff
- Community and faith organisations
Privacy and consent
Please share only general context at this stage — no diagnoses, medications or medical records. We contact families only where consent has been given, and referral information is never sold or shared with advertisers.
