Our Commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA and to keep improving as the site grows.
Measures We Have Taken
- Semantic headings, landmarks and a skip link on every page.
- Generous type sizes and colour contrast tested for readability.
- Full keyboard operation, with visible focus indicators throughout.
- Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images.
- Forms with associated labels, clear errors and helpful descriptions.
- Reduced-motion support for visitors who prefer less animation.
- Tap targets sized for comfortable use on phones and tablets.
Known Limitations
Embedded third-party content, such as maps, may not be fully accessible. Where that is the case we provide the same information in text, and we are happy to read anything out over the phone.
